Web Hosting
We have a 99-day unconditional full money-back guarantee on shared (professional, business, enterprise, WordPress) and reseller packages. On dedicated servers, VPS hosting and Cloud hosting no refund will be honored — the 99-day money-back guarantee does not apply.
Each of DCT IT’s managed shared (professional, business, enterprise, WordPress) and reseller servers carry a 99 days unconditional money-back guarantee on them. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 99 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Remember, this is only for shared (professional, business, enterprise, WordPress) or reseller packages and does not apply to dedicated servers, VPS hosting, Cloud hosting, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Also be remembered that in shared hosting packages, 99 days money-back guarantee period includes 7 days free trial period.
Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable. All refunds are processed in the currency of your invoice and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and DCT IT is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.
Cancellations requested after the initial 99 days for Shared and Reseller accounts will go into effect on the renewal date for that particular hosting package. Unless specifically requested, the account will remain active until the period expires. No prorated refund outside of the initial 99 days period will be given.
The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the hosting account:
- International Bank Wire Transfers
- Western Union Payments
- Third-Party Cheque
- Money orders
There are no refunds on dedicated servers, VPS hosting, Cloud hosting, administrative fees, and install fees for custom software. Refund requests for the 99-day money-back guarantee period will have the regular listed market price subtracted for domains, SSL (paid), and Dedicated IP’s if ordered or bundled. Any domain name, SSL (paid) or Dedicated IP purchases are non-refundable.
Only first-time orders are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an order with us before, canceled and signed up or purchased again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us. If you have purchased multiple web hosting packages, only the first order will be eligible for refund.
No refund will be provided in case of violation of DCT IT Terms and Conditions. Our web hosting terms and conditions are avalable here.
Domain Registration/Transfer/Renewal
No refund is available for domain registration or domain transfer or domain renewal if once completed. Domain registration and domain renewals are processed immediately, hence no refund is available. Domain transfer can be cancelled and refunded if the transfer has not been initiated.
