Anyone wants to obtain or register a domain must agree with this agreement, as ICANN is the controller of domain services worldwide. You will also have to comply with agreements from each gTLD and ccTLD’s original operator (e.g. VeriSign for .COM and .NET, Public Interest Registry for .ORG etc) along with ICANN Domain Registration Agreement.

This Reseller Agreement for those individuals or businesses, who are using reseller account (Domain and Web Hosting) under DCT IT’s reseller facilities. Along with this, anyone using or interested in DCT IT’s Reseller services (Domain and Web Hosting) must comply with all other terms and agreements available on this page. They will also need to comply with terms and agreements of the platform they will use to manage their services (e.g. WHM/cPanel, OrderBox, WHMCS etc).
