We currently utilize JetBackup and/or Acronis Backup software with at least 7 days rolling snapshot of everything on your account. This includes individual files, e-mails, and databases. You can restore a single file, or full account by simply logging into your cPanel account and selecting the JetBackup or Acronis Backup option, depending on the availability.
